I absolutely loved everything about Candice's maternity session. We had a few months to plan her session and I'm so happy with how it turned out. She picked three gowns, a pink one with a tossing train, a blue boho gown and the beautiful mustard gown. This session was very special for me as well as I had my dad with me and he got to experience and enjoy this session while I worked. They were so funny, we laughed the whole time and had a great time together. Candice looked stunning and I fell in love with the mustard gown I had just added to the client wardrobe. These two love birds had just gotten married a month prior to the session and was absolute beautiful. The day was perfect for their session, we started in a big open field, then a barn and lastly we went to the creek. By the time we got to the creek it was golden hour and it made the mustard gown look even more magical.
Now can we take a moment to talk about the sweetest big brother ever! He was so excited to meet his new baby sister in just a few more weeks. He was a little shy at first but then he got comfortable and we had the best time. One of my favorite pictures from this session is the one of him just looking up at his beautiful mom. At the beginning we had to beg for him to kiss mom belly but by the end of the session he wouldn't stop. He was also ready to jump in the water once we got to the creek. Who can blame him, it was hot and the water was so nice. He still had so much fun playing with sticks by the water and we finished in no time. They were so excited to meet their sweet bundle of joy in just a few short weeks. By now some of you have already seen that their sweet little girl already arrived and we did her newborn session but if you haven't, you will see her blog post next week.
