Every family is different which is why our focus here is to create beautiful and unforgettable memories and experiences for you and your family. I will walk you through every step, answer any questions you have and help you with anything you need. I'm here for you and we will work together to create the perfect experience for you and your family. My goal is to create a stress free experience for you as I know how stressful it can be to plan everything on your own while also taking care of all of our everyday responsibilities . In my studio you will find everything needed for your session, wraps, props, headbands, crowns and accessories as well as all the beautiful things to choose from our client wardrobe. From the day you book, to the day you receive your heirloom photo products, you are our top priority.
Yarimar Tejas Photography is a full service studio that specializes in wall art, heirloom products and digital files. Your experience doesn't have to end with your online gallery. Be amazed at the timeless products you can have to showcase your digitals. From ready to hang acrylic to customized albums perfect for any placement. I will assist you in choosing your products, where to hang your products, and what size would be best for your home. We will create beautiful artwork together.
Consultation
First we will have a consultation. This can be done over the phone, in person, text or zoom call. we will discuss every detail about your upcoming session . We will chat about outfits, colors, what you have in mind to make your dream session as well as get to know each other a little better.
The Session
The day is finally here! I will have everything ready for you prior to the session. You will be guided on posing. I will make sure everything is perfect. The studio, equipment, fabrics, gowns and everything in the studio will be cleaned and sanitized prior to your session.
Ordering Appointment
A week or two after the session, you will have a zoom or in person ordering appointment. You will then choose your images and order your wall art or prints. Please have all decision makers present, as you will be placing your order that day- payment is required.
Delivery
Your final gallery will be edited and ready two weeks after making your soft proofing selections and will be delivered through a online gallery . Your Wall art and products will be ready for delivery within 2-3 weeks after your ordering session. Allow up to 4 weeks for albums. I will contact you once your products have arrived and we can arrange for you to pick them up at my studio or I can personally deliver them to you.
Session Fee
A $150 session fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your session.

FAQ
When is the best time to book?
For maternity and newborns it is best to book in your second trimester. For other sessions It's best to book 2-3 months prior to the month you are wanting to book. I typically book 2-4 months in advance and I can't guarantee last minute bookings.
Do I need to bring anything to my newborn session?
We provide everything needed for your session. in my studio you will find props, newborn outfits, headbands and more. you willingly need to bring your baby, diaper bag, pacifier and milk for your newborn
how many Gowns can I choose for my maternity session?
You can choose up to four gowns for your maternity session. You may also choose 1-2 gowns for your newborn, milestone, or family session.
Do I have to choose gowns from your Client wardrobe or can I bring my own ?
Access to my client wardrobe is included with your session but you are not obligated to wear anything from the client wardrobe. You are always welcome to bring your own dresses.
What do clients typically purchase?
Create your own collection begins at $810, Digitals only begins at $650. However, that all depends on what you would like to purchase. Clients typically choose their favorite wall art and/or album as well as there favorite digitals.
